Scheduler

Start a workflow on a cron schedule

trigger:scheduler starts a workflow at the times a cron expression gives.

{"id": "trigger", "name": "Every weekday at 9", "type": "trigger:scheduler", "category": "trigger", "config": {"cron_expression": "0 9 * * 1-5", "timezone": "America/Sao_Paulo"}}
ConfigDescription
cron_expressionRequired. Five fields (minute, hour, day of month, month, day of week), or a descriptor such as @hourly, @daily or @every 90m
timezoneAn IANA time zone such as America/Sao_Paulo. Defaults to UTC

Publishing the workflow registers its schedule, and only published workflows fire. Each firing starts one execution, even with several Operion replicas. If Operion was down when a run was due, the schedule fires once when it is back and then follows the expression again. Unpublishing drops the schedule, and publishing again starts from the next run without firing the runs missed while the workflow was off.
